We have a decent sized deck and fencing that were showing signs of deterioration after 15 years' use, with a fair amount of rotten wood. I contacted a few companies for quotes and an honest opinion. Kenny from KFP Services responded quickly and came round for a look. He explained what needed to be done and that more wood may need to be replaced once the work was underway. His quote was competitive and the timescale suited us. He communicated well before and during the job, and the 2 guys who came with him to get the work done were superb workers. More rotten wood was discovered during the job and whilst this was replaced, it didn't significantly alter the initial quote. Overall, a fantastic job and I'd recommend this company wholeheartedly.

From the first phone call, it's been plain sailing. Asked for quote, everything itemized so we could decided.Kenny listened to what we needed, worked with us, no sales pitch. We had a fence built, but we also bought our own bench and the team built it and fixed it in area we requested. Moved all my mum's pots and there were loads and put everything back. Moved all the old wood to the side of house to be removed. He gave us a reputable workmans number to dispose of wood correctly, as we asked, wasn't part of the job.
